This program specialization allows participants to custom design an area of study to build knowledge and skills in an area unique to their own interest. With faculty guidance, students participate in customizing three academic courses that bring depth to the student’s area of interest in the conflict field. This flexibility, enables students to leverage and integrate past experience and knowledge from their personal and professional, lives. Many students enter the program after a decade or more in a specific field such as construction, elder care, or non profit development. In this specialization, students maximize current knowledge or interest as they explore the field through with a new lens of conflict analysis and engagement.
