Your organization, your company, your family, or you as an individual may wish to consider becoming a sponsor of the 2018 Peace and Justice Studies Association annual conference. Sponsorship enables the PJSA to offer lower rates for students and cover the costs of special guests, keynote speakers and special events. The following categories are open to you:
Sponsor: 1 half-table & a business card sized ad $250
Advocate: 1 half-table & a half-page ad $500
Ambassador: 1 full table & a full-page ad $750
Resister: 1 full table & a full-page ad $1,000
Champion: 1 full table, full-page ad, & 2 conference registrations $2,500

Other Forms of Sponsorship...
There are also alternative means of supporting the conference effort by donating items to our silent auction, purchasing an advertisement to run in the conference program or purchasing a table to distribute or sell materials. Information on this is below
- Peace (Silent) Auction Donations: Over the past few years, PJSA has hosted a silent auction during the conference to help raise funds to support the larger work of the Association. In the past we have had books signed by the authors, handmade art and jewelry from our friends across the globe, mounted pictures and other prints, timeshares in exciting locales, and more. If you are willing to donate items to the auction, please reach out to our auction corrdinator, Swasti Bhattacharyya
- Tabling: Tabling is available on a first come, first served basis. The costs are $150 for commercial businesses and $100 for non-profit and grassroots activists groups. This reserve you a six-foot table in our main exhibition area for the duration of the conference. We also offer half tables for $60. Tables are extremely limited. If you are interested in reserving a table, reach out to our conference coordinator, Michael Loadenthal.
- Program advertisements: We also offer individuals and the groups the option of placing print advertisements in the conference program. The costs are: $100 business card (3.5” x 2”), $150 quarter page (3.5” x 4.5”), $250 half page (7” x 4.5”), $450 full-page (7” x 9”). Ads should be delivered as JPEGs when available with no bleed.
