2008 PJSA Conference: Volunteer Sign-up


PJSA will need a lot of volunteers to make this conference a success! Please consider signing up for a few hours of volunteering. Those who are low-income or a student and volunteer for at least 12 hours will get their registration fee waived! If you are presenting, then you need only volunteer for 6 hours to get your registration fee waived.

DIRECTIONS: Online sign-up for volunteer slots has now closed. TO SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEERING or to change volunteering slots already selected, please email Rhoda, our Conference Coordinator, at pjsaconference2008@gmail.com. You may request specific Volunteer positions (Volunteer Descriptions) but we cannot guarantee that openings remain where or when you may wish. We ask that only PSU students sign up to be Campus Guides, and that only those with tech expertise apply to be Tech helpers. We will be providing brief volunteer training each day of the conference, and you will receive additional information via email prior to the conference.
Please remember that all volunteers must be registered for the conference (register online if you have not done so yet) and that the registration fee can only be waived for volunteers who are students or low income and who work for 12 hours (or six hours if a presenter).

Volunteering for the conference is no longer available as all slots are now filled. If you are a student or low income, you will need to pay the registration fee of $55 if a PJSA member, or $75 if you are a non-member. We suggest you register online to avoid lines at the conference
